Dana and Dillon braved the freezing rain with me for their session. But they made it so fun with their playful and adventurous spirits. You can’t even tell how cold it was! They are getting married at Inisfree Farm this summer and I’m so excited to photograph at another new venue.
Eric + Kayla Tabor Hill Winery Wedding
Eric and Kayla were definitely the most joyfilled couple ever! Each one was BEAMING at every moment of the day. At one point I was asking them to both do a more serious face and it lasted like a half second before the burst out laughing.
This was my first wedding at the new Tabor Hill venue and oh my goodness… it’s gorgeous!
While this wedding was SO EASY because everyone was so happy, it was CHALLENGING because it was 30 something degrees. Kayla didn’t want to bring her ceremony inside (which I 100% approve of). I would have done the same thing! However it literally hailed on us during the ceremony! created some epic pictures and memories, but challenging as I tried to keep my lenses clean and dry! I will never forget this amazing day. I love when brides and grooms are this in-love and I love when they are just there to have the best of time with their best of friends.

Jonny & Elisabeth Warren Dunes Promotional Video Shoot
I’ve been watching photographer promo videos on Youtube for over a year now. I got tired of just watching and I sent an email off to an old friend. Josh Spear gladly accepted my request to create my own promotional video. After a vision meeting, we came up with a great plan. The August night of the shoot final arrived and it was windy, overcast and there was a chill in the air.
To be honest, I was disappointed that I wouldn’t get that sunny glory I always dream of for photos. But we couldn’t really reschedule at that point. We started at Greenbush and the clouds continued. We headed to the dunes next. We hiked the backside of the dune and the very second we got to the peak THE SUN CAME TO GREET US! Josh and I looked at each other and both BEAMED. It was every visual artist’s dream. That warm glow stayed and the night finished with a soft, pastel pink sunset. To say it was a dream would be an understatement.
A HUGE THANK YOU to Josh for helping me fulfill a dream of mine.

Paul + Holly St. Joseph Veranda Wedding
Paul + Holly had a gorgeous Veranda wedding. Paul and Holly booked me just a few months before their wedding. I’m so glad I had their date available! What a beautiful August day it was!
Chris + Flory Post Wedding Beach Session
As you might have read in my previous post, it poured on Chris and Flory's wedding day. Chris had proposed to Flory on Silver Beach overlooking the pier. And it has been a very special place for them for a long time! Beach pictures were so important to them and they didn't get to have those on their wedding day. I was feeling quite empathetic because if it had rained on my wedding day, I would have been devastated! I quickly offered to do a quick make up session so they could have their dream beach pictures. So this is our post wedding session, we had a blast!
