Other accessories you might need are shoes, jewelry, headpiece, clutch, reception shoes and undergarments that work with your dress.

3. Diet + Exercise so much that your dress isn’t alterable for your body

Yup. It happens. If losing weight or bulking up is a plan of yours, then double check that your dress can be altered in a way to fit you.

4. Skimp on alterations.

Schedule a fitting and make that dress fit you like a glove. You won’t regret it!

5. Store Your dress improperly

Keep your dress stored and cool dry place. Better yet, leave it at your boutique or dress alterations place until it’s almost time for your wedding.
